What Does Integrative Treatment Look Like?

An integrative wellness treatment will likely utilize a variety of techniques to help improve your overall health. These techniques can include: acupuncture, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic experiencing, meditation, etc.  Integrative wellness sessions are focused on listening to you and the needs of your body in the present moment; the order of treatment and the modalities utilized will look differently in each session.
